Summary

A mound 8 metres in diameter and 0.4 metres high was recorded by Keith Jarvis of Poole Museums during a survey of Talbot Heath in 1978. It was interpreted as a probable unditched bowl barrow.

Full Description

SZ 0692 9281. A probable Bronze Age barrow was located during field survey of Talbot Heath. It is an unditched bowl barrow 8.0 m in diameter and 0.4 m high. Full report in Poole Museum Site Archive PM 29. <1>
