Full Description

A bowl barrow. No details given. <2> A heather covered bowl barrow with a diameter of 9.0 metres and a height of 1.0 metres. It has no ditch. The top of the mound has been badly mutilated east-west and north-south by what are probably military trenches. There were no surface finds. <3> SY 8007 9226. Bowl barrow, 26ft diameter and 1 3/4ft high, practically destroyed. <5> SY 801 923 - SY 815 924. Round barrows on Affpuddle and Bryants Puddle Heath. <6> SY 8006 9225. No change. Resurveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <7>
