Summary
A circular soil mark around 50 feet in diameter seen on a vertical air photograph taken in the late 1940s. Situated on the summit of a low ridge and interpreted as a Bronze Age round barrow surviving as a slight mound. In 1970 this monument was reported as being in arable.

Full Description
Bowl barrow, 15 paces diameter and 1ft high north east of Woodbury. <2>
Bowl barrow, now a vague mound much spread and ploughed with approximate dimenions of 16.0m diameter and 0.5m high. No trace of ditch. <3>
SY 85949507 Barrow (?) visible as circular soil-mark at lease 50ft across on air photograph). <4>
No remains of a barrow can be seen the field, which is currently under pasture. Published barrow deleted on 1:2500 M.S.D. <5>
A bowl barrow with a mound composed of earth, flint and chalk, with maximum dimensions of 15 metres in diameter and up to 0.35 metres in height. The mound is surronded by a quarry ditch which has become infilled over the years, but will survive as a buried feature circa 1.5 metres wide. There is a quarry to the east of the barrow and spoil generated by this has been used to level the surrounding area, thereby obscuring the profile of the barrow. <7>
