Summary
One of a group of four bowl barrows in an irregular line along a ridge. In 1970 this monument was reported as being around 30 feet in diameter with a mound about four feet high. The barrow is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Full Description
'A' - SY 86329508. Bowl barrow, 13 paces diameter and 3 1/2 ft high. <2>
'A' - Fir and fern-covered bowl barrow, 12.0m diameter and 1.3m high with no trace of ditch or mutilation. <3>
The Broomhill Group of four, tree covered and damaged bowl barrows in an irregular line on the crest of a spur.
'A' - (84) SY 86329508. 30ft diameter and 4ft high. <4>
Four bowl barrows mutilated and spread by re-afforestation. 'A' measures 15.2 metres in diameter and 1.4 metres high. Surveyed at 1:2500 on M.S.D. <5>
The barrow is visible as low earthworks on lidar imagery and was digitally recorded during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. <8>
