Earthworks of part of an embanked Iron Age/Roman field system are visible on the eastern end of Rowdon Hill on on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording programme.

Full Description
Earthworks of part of an embanked Iron Age/Roman field system visible on the eastern end of Rowden Hill at ST 6540 0100. The remains of a number of rectilinear fields can be seen seen on on aerial photographs taken in 2015 as part of the Historic England Reconnaissance Recording programme. <1>
