Summary

An annotated record map in the Dorset County Museum indicates that Iron Age pottery was found in Lulworth Park. Enquiries by Ordnance Survey field investigators in 1952 revealed nothing more about this find.

Early Iron Age (pottery?) fragments found at SY 85418217. <1> Nothing is known of this site. <2> No information regarding these fragments was obtained during field perambulation. The area in which the site falls is under grass. <3>
