Summary
Linear ditched and banked features to the southwest of Highway Cottages, Lytchett Minster, are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs. The features correspond with a trackway shown on the OS 1st Edition map, documented to be a medieval drove road. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project.

Linear ditched and banked features to the southwest of Highway Cottages, Lytchett Minster, are visible as earthworks on 1940s aerial photographs [1]. The features correspond with a trackway shown on the OS 1st Edition map, documented to be a medieval drove road [2]. They were digitally plotted during the Dorset Middle Stour AIM project. They are still visible on Google Earth imagery.
