A linear hollow way runs east west to the north of Great Wood, Steeple. It probably predates the 18th century landscape park associated with Creech Grange. The feature is 226m long and was visible as earthworks on aerial photographs (1). It was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
