Two round barrows on Earl's Kitchen. Scheduled. … (b) SY 87518323. 30ft diam, 2 1/2 ft high. <1>
Barrow destroyed by construction of a car park. <5>
Site of a levelled Bronze Age barrow. A small barrow mound, 15m across, is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1945 <7>. There is no remaining trace identifiable on the most recent Google Earth images. The site was digitally plotted during the Wild Purbeck Mapping Project.
