A number of Bronze Age pottery sherds including Beaker, food vessel and barrel or bucket urns were found along the north side of Broadway in 1935.

Full Description
Early Bronze Age pottery was found about 0.45m below the surface along the north side of Broadway in 1935. The finds consisted of plain food vessel with a 'cup' or lid; 'B' Beaker sherds; 12 sherds of rusticated stab-ware and two LBA barrel or bucket urns. <1-2>
Area under plough. Nothing relevant noted and there is no knowledge of subsequent finds in the immediate vicinity. <3>
