Summary

Farmhouse thought possibly to have been built with materials from the demolished Milborne House. A date stone over the front door reads 'TB 1804'. The front walls of the building are of banded flint and stone with brick dressings, and the other walls are of cob covered in plaster. It has a thatched roof with brick chimney stacks.
