Summary

Outbuildings late eighteenth / early nineteenth century, converted into the Flat in twentieth century. Built of brick and flint with a thatched roof. At end of range is a former granary, with lower walls of brick, boarded above, and pyramidal tiled roof. Attached to the granary on north-east, a flint and cob boundary wall with thatched capping enclose the courtyard on south-east.
