Full Description

Worked flints and pottery have been found in Doghouse Cliff at SY 428913 by M.R.Waterfall of Eggardon, Oval Way, Gerrards Cross, Bucks. Peers, who saw the material briefly, suspects that the pottery may be primary Neolithic, although it rather reminded him of EIA Marnhull pottery. Certainly there was one piece of EIA or RB amongst it. The site is gradually being eroded by cliff falls. The material is in the finders possession. <1>
