Summary

A country house built in 1842 to a design by the architect Benjamin Ferrey; in recent use as a school, and now converted to multiple residential use. The building has walls of brick with stone dressings, and a stone slate roof.

Full Description

(SY 78189215) Clyffe House, was built in 1842 in the "late 16th century" style. This two storeyed house with attics has walls of brickwork with stone dressings. To the north-east of the main block is a slightly lower service building, planned around a courtyard. (2)
