Summary
One of a pair of semi-detached but not identical cottages, thought to have been built in the eighteenth century. The building has walls of plastered cob set on a rubble stone base, and a thatched roof with brick chimney stacks.

'The following monuments, unless otherwise described, are of two storeys with walls of cob and rubble and thatched roofs and are of the 18th century. … (8) Cottages, three (15 yds. S.S.W.).' {1}
