Summary
One of a range of three cottages built in the late eighteenth or early nineteenth century. The building has walls of plastered cob and a thatched roof with brick chimney stacks. This cottage and the central cottage of the range may originally have been one.

'The following monuments, unless otherwise described, are of two storeys with walls of cob and rubble and thatched roofs and are of the 18th century. … (11) Cottages (130 yds. E.S.E.) is of the early 19th century, with later cottages adjoining.' {1}
