Summary
One of two adjoining houses thought to have been built in the early or middle part of the 19th century. The front of the building is of colour-washed brick, covered with stucco on the ground floor, with horizontal rustication. A striking feature of the front is an elaborate wrought iron balcony in Rococo style, and the building also has wrought iron railings.
