A building is shown in the approximate position of Cumberland Cottage on an 1841 map of Lyme Regis, belonging to a Mr John Norman. (2)
Cumberland Cottage and its garden is shown and named on the First Edition 25-inch Ordnance Survey map (3).
It is now divided into two ('Ancient Lights' and 'Cumberland Cottage').
