Full Description

28-JUL-1984 Wreck located and examined 28-07-1984 in 50 27.37N 002 31.30W using SYLEDIS. Swept clear at 37.1m foul at 37.8m. Least echo sounder depth 38.8m in general depth 44m. Scour 1-2m deep. Height 4m, length about 42m. Lying intact, 020/200 degrees, but with some wreckage, or spilt cargo, close W. 15-DEC-1988 Old, small steam trawler which lies N/S with bow N and on STD side. Stands about 7m high and is about 24m long. (1) The building date for this vessel is an estimate based on an average age at wrecking of twenty years. This average is derived from those vessels wrecked on the Dorset coast whose age at wrecking is known.
