Summary

Unstratified finds recovered from spoil in the course of archaeological observations of topsoil stripping of an access road and exploratory well site in 1991. The finds were of various periods but there was a noticeable quantity of struck flint of Neolithic/Early Bronze Age date. This included a scraper and a piece of a Neolithic polished flint axe.
