Full Description
Limestone quarry at Corfe Castle Estate. (1) A dispersed area of limestone quarrying and extraction to the south-west of Eastington Farm. Shallow extractive pits and an area of disturbed ground are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar (2-4). The features were digitally plotted during the South West Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
