Full Description

A vessel with four small handles around its mouth; 5 1/2 high, max diameter 8, diameter of mouth 51/2. Found with an interment on NORTH COMMON adjacent to the CASTLE. This pot has since been lost. <1> No further information was obtained upon this site during field investigation. NORTH COMMON extends to PORTLAND CASTLE according to various people consulted. <2>
