Full Description

An old quarry marked on the first edition of the OS map.(1) Visible on the second edition but not marked as an old quarry (2). The quarry is visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1966 (3), it is no longer visible on the latest Google Earth imagery, the site being levelled for a static caravan park.
