An inhumation of uncertain date found with fragments of pottery. Quern stones and rounded stones, thought possibly to be sling stones, were found near by.

Full Description
From the VERNE a short walk brought the WALLIS, containing a human cranium, bones and fragments of pottery. Close by lay two fine querns and some rounded stones - perhaps sling stones.(1)
No further information was obtained upon this site during investigation. (2)
