Full Description

An old quarry marked on the first edition OS map (1) Also marked on the second edition map (2). The quarry described above in (1-2) is visible as an earthwork on recent lidar imagery to the south west of South Barn. The quarry is located on limestone and measures 90 m by 40 m. (3) This site was digitally plotted during the South west Rapid Coastal Zone Assessment Survey (Dorset).
