Summary
A large long building labelled a Boat House on the late nineteenth and early twentieth century Ordnance Survey maps. Historic map evidence suggests it may have been built in the eighteenth century. Now demolished.

Full Description
A long rectangular boat house shown on the Ordnance Survey 25-inch map epochs 1 and 2, labelled 'Boat House'. (2) (3) This same building is shown, but with extensions and additions, on the epoch 3 and 4 maps, but is not labelled. (4) (5)
A similarly-sized building in the same location is depicted on the late 18th century Hutchins' map of Poole (1) suggesting this boat house may have been 18th century in date.
The building has been demolished.
