3 unidentified aircraft, off Lulworth Cove, lost 13/8/40 (1) 13th August 1940 About 12.00 hours three planes were seen by 2 police officers to crash into the sea off Lulworth Cove. British Fighters were seen to be following the crashing panes down into the sea but it is unknown whether or not the crashed planes are British or German.(2)
