Full Description

A gravel pit accessed from Stourcliff Road, Southbourne, first shown on the Ordnance Survey 25-inch map epoch 2 (1898). It had gone out of use by the early twentieth century as it is no longer depicted on the epoch 3 (1909) map. (1)
