18th century. Formerly a mill until converted into a dwelling house earlier this century. Red brick, ground floor stuccoed and modern additions at each end, the western stuccoed, the eastern of red brick. Buttresses to south wall. Tiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. Original part has 3 windows and a dormer, modern casements.
