Full Description
An early bronze penannular torc, its flat terminals set with small glass pastes found at Greenhill, Weymouth. Now in the British Museum. <1>
No further information was obtained during field investigation. from SY 68227998 to SY 68348018. <2>
Several objects in the Durden collection at the British Museum, believed to come from Greenhill (SY 683802), include a Celtic bronze collar and tankard handle and a Roman legionary belt plate. There is however another Greenhill not far away (SY 696842). British Museum Accession No. 92.9-1 1707. <3-4>
