Two Romano-British inhumations recorded at Chickerell. The burials were in stone-lined graves and thought possibly to be late Roman or sub-Roman in date.

Full Description

Two slab-lined graves containing an extended inhumation were recorded during construction work at 18 Coldharbour, Chickerell. It is thought the burials possibly represented part of a larger late Roman or sub-Roman cemetery. <1>
