Full Description
A Mesolithic pick from Lake Poole, now in the British Museum (probably from one of the lakes in Poole Park, centred SZ 024009). [Alternatively, from `Lake locality, near the harbour (SY 9890).] (1)
This is much more likely to have been found near the Lake Clay Pits, where other prehistoric flintwork has been found. <2>
