Abstract/Summary
Report comprises a proposal for the evaluation and subsequent treatment of three denuded Bronze Age Round Barrows protected as Scheduled Monuments (DO698) in relation to an application by ECC Group plc to extend an existing ball clay extraction site.
This report is bound with copies of reports of a Desk Based Assessment of the site, dated July 1987, and an Archaeological Investigation by trenching, dated July 1988 (SWX 9272).
