Abstract/Summary
Evaluation of an area proposed for an extension to the quarry was undertaken by AC archaeology in February 2005. Eight evaluation trenches were excavated and no significant archaeology was recorded. Small quantities of worked and burnt flint were recovered from the ploughsoil.
