Abstract/Summary
This short brochure provideds detail of the origin of the Church of St. Mary the Virgin beginning with its relation to the Saxon era, though nothing but the front of the church remains from that as the church was rebuilt in 1474. Detail is provided on the exterior yard and the interior of the church and a brief mention is given to the Manor House which stands behind the north wall of the church.
