Abstract/Summary
AOC Archaeology group was commisioned by SGN to undertake an historic building survey of two redundant gasholders at Brudge Street, Christchurch, in Dorset in advance of their demolition. Two phases of work were undertaken, which included a pre-demolition survey (Phase I) and second survey (phase II) during the demolition process once access to the inside of the gasholder tanks was possible.
