Abstract/Summary
Archaeological desk-based assessment. The report concludes that there is a high probability of significant buried archaeological deposits within the site, and that these may be impacted by the development proposals, but that further intrusive investigation would be required to quantify and qualify this potential. Appendix 1 of the document comprises the results of a geophysical (gradiometer) survey carried out for AC Archaeology by Geophysical Surveys of Bradford.
