Industrial building, probably originally a brewery, now offices. Early C19.
English bond brickwork with half-hipped, tiled roof. T-plan with gable to
road. 3 storeys with attics. Central plank loft doors to end wall. Main
block of 4 window range. C20 2 and 3-light casements under segmental brick
heads.
