Summary

Former malthouse, now offices, built between 1731 and 1789. English bond brickwork with half-hipped, tiled roof. T-plan with gable to road. 3 storeys with attics. Central plank loft doors to end wall. Main block of 4 window range. There is a hoist beam over the street. During the 20th century, it was used as a keg fitting house for the Hall and Woodhouse brewery opposite.
