1. 5191 VICTORIA GROVE (East Side)
Roman Catholic Church of Saint Mary and Saint Katherine, and Presbytery, including wall in front of both SY 4693 2/471 30.10.74

2. 1846. Architect, William Fry. Rubble, with ashlar dressings. Pitched slate roofs. Coped gables on kneelers. Ashlar bellcote. Church has windows with Decorated tracery and mouldings. Presbytery has 2-light mullioned windows with flat tops and hoodmoulds, some with cusped arches to each light. Planked door with ornamental hinges and fanlight. 2 gables, remainder (including 1-storey extension to south) has parapet with balustrade of quatrefoils.
Wall in front of both buildings in part hammer dressed stone, part rubble,
with 2 ashlar piers and iron gates with spear finials.
The Baptist Chapel, Nos 30, 32 and 34, the Roman Catholic Church of St Mary and St Katherine and Presbytery form a group.
