Summary

A house thought to have been built in 1607, at the same time as the adjoining Minster Cottage. The building has walls of rubble stone and a slate roof, and a stone with an inscription incorporating the date 1607 is set over the door. The ground floor of the building has a nineteenth-century shop front, and it has a rear extension of eighteenth- or nineteenth-century date.
