Summary
An early 19th century mill. The building has brick walls and a slate roof. In 1975 the mill was reported as retaining much of the mill machinery, including the remains of a breast-shot waterwheel. The mill is attached to the mill house (see MDO15991).

                (SU 07550950) Romford Mill (NAT).  <1>
 
Romford Mill, a late-18th century house and corn mill, of two-storeys with brick walls and slate covered roofs. The mill retains a wooden water-wheel and some original machinery.  <2>
[Note: MDO15991 relates to the House part of Romford Mill whilst MDO15990 relates to the Mill part.]
