An Old lime kiln is marked at Clatcombe Farm on the OS 2nd edition 1:2500 map dated 1900-1902. A field visit by Peter Stanier during 1992 found no visible trace of a surviving structure.

Full Description

Peter Stanier conducted a survey of Dorset lime kilns during 1992. An Old lime kiln is marked at Clatcombe Farm on the OS 2nd edition 1:2500 map dated 1900-1902. A field visit during 1992 revealed no visible evidence for it. [1]
