A series of east-west strip lynchets are visible as earthworks on aerial photographs and lidar imagery on the north facing slope of Bonscombe Hill. They form part of a wider system of medieval strip lynchets are were digitally plotted during the Marshwood Vale NMP project.

Full Description
'(13) Lynchets, on the S. slope of Bonscombe Hill, 1,200 yards N.W. of the church, form four terraces, from 25 ft. to 40 ft. wide.' (1)
