Full Description

A rectangular brick kiln marked on the Ordnance Survey 25-inch epoch 1 map (1871), within a brick yard to the south of the railway line to Bournemouth East Station. It is connected to a track which runs westwards to Holdenhurst Road immediately south of Bournemouth East station. (1) The brick kiln has been demolished and the site developed for housing by the time of the Ordnance Survey 25-inch map epoch 2 (1898). (2)
