Abstract/Summary

"A watching brief was carried out from November 1995 to January 1996 at Glebe Lane, Barnes Lane, Beaminster (ST 4775 0133) during intermittent topsoil stripping and excavation of foundation and service trenches. This resulted in the discovery of a 19th century glass bottle and 76 post-medieval redware potsherds of 17th-18th century date, of South Somerset/East Devon type. There were no associated features.
