Abstract/Summary
A programme of archaeological evaluation was carried out by CKC Archaeology in support of a planning application for a new 56 hectare golf course with associated facilities. Thirty 0.25 metre square test pits were excavated in two transects and nine machine-cut evaluation trenches were opened. No features, deposits or finds of archaeological significance were identified.
